Adele interrupts the Las Vegas show to order security to leave a fan alone

Adele interrupted her show in Las Vegas on Saturday night to berate a security guard who was “harassing” an audience.

Accordingly Video Following the incident shared on social media, Adele was in the middle of singing “Water Under the Bridge” and stopped the music to ask what was going on in the audience with a particular concertgoer who had been standing.

“What’s up with that young fan who’s been so upset since I came on for standing up? What’s wrong with him?” she asked.

Addressing one audience in particular, the singer, who is performing her Weekends With Adele show at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, said, “Yes you, hand up, yes you!” Put your hand up. You, no, you, yes, you with the stick in your hand. Yes he.”

Then she asked security, “What are you doing? Why are you all bothering him? Can you please leave him alone?”

Then she said to the man, “They won’t bother you anymore, darling. you enjoy the show “Leave him alone,” she urged security again.

Adele updated the crowd on the incident and said: “Sorry guys. He was harassed throughout the show by security guards and other people sitting behind him. He’s here to have fun. You are all here to have fun.”

Then she started “Water Under the Bridge” all over again.

Adele isn’t the first actress to notice that a security guard is a little too strict. In May, Taylor Swift yelled at security during a performance, yelling over a fan, “She’s fine!” and “She hasn’t done anything!”
