According to multiple insiders, Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan have broken up due to “tensions” in their relationship.

“They are not together,” a source exclusively told Page Six on Monday after the “Real Housewives of Miami” star deleted all evidence of their relationship from her Instagram, sparking breakup rumors.

The source adds that they are “keeping their distance from each other” due to the “tension” in their relationship, which was allegedly “stirred up” by Marcus’ father Michael Jordan by “publicly denouncing the tension.”

“Marcus said Michael was joking when he said he didn’t agree, but it really embarrassed Larsa,” the source explains.

In addition, Michael’s feud with Larsa’s ex-husband Scottie Pippen is also said to have caused tension between the couple.

“The history between Michael and Scottie made things complicated, even though Larsa and Marcus did their best to make it smooth,” the insider explains.

We’re told that for both Marcus and the reality star, “family comes first.”

“Ultimately, Michael is Marcus’ father and Scottie is the father of Larsa’s children,” the source says, referring to Scottie and Larsa’s children: Scottie Jr., 23, Preston, 22, Justin, 19, and Sophia, 16.

“For each of them, there is an underlying loyalty that made the relationship difficult,” the insider adds.

However, a second source close to the couple told us that the split “has nothing to do with family influence, but is purely for their personal development.”

“They have decided to take some time off to re-evaluate their relationship,” the second insider pointed out.

A third source close to “RHOM” production tells us that Larsa’s castmates are “surprised” by the split.

“Nobody saw this coming,” the third source says of their breakup. “It really seems like a sudden decision. There was no indication that there was trouble in paradise.”

We hear that Larsa hasn’t contacted most of her co-stars yet, so “the ladies have a lot of questions.”

“They seemed so in love. If they got back together, it wouldn’t surprise anyone,” the production source shares.

People was the first to break the news of their split.

Rumors that there was trouble in paradise began when Larsa, 49, deleted Marcus, 33, from her social media pages and unfollowed him on Instagram. She also asked her fans in a poll on her Instagram: “Should your friends unfollow your ex?”

Larsa also posted a cryptic quote on her Instagram Story on Monday about the “smart” choice of partner.

“The man you choose as your partner influences everything in your life,” the quote says. “Your mental health, your peace of mind, the love within you, your happiness, how you overcome tragedies, your successes, how your children are raised and much more. Choose wisely.”

Marcus followed suit and deleted all of his photos with her from Instagram before unfollowing her as well.

He further hinted at their breakup by posting a photo with his father to Drake’s song “First Person Shooter,” in which the lyrics suggest he’s ready to meet other women.

The couple was first romantically linked in September 2022. They confirmed their relationship on Instagram last January. Instagram/@larsapippen

“I’m looking for a name and I end up seeing 20 names/Nadine, Christine, Justine, Kathleen, Charlene, Pauline, Claudine/Man, I pack ’em in this phone like a bunch of sardines,” Drake raps in the song.

Just last month, things seemed to be going well between the couple as they celebrated Marcus’ birthday together in Miami.

Larsa and Marcus first sparked dating rumors in September 2022 after they were accompanied to dinner. Although they initially denied their relationship for several months, they became Instagram official in January 2023.

Larsa’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
